Therapist Caitlin Ellis, MA, LPCC
Caitlin Ellis, MA, LPCC works exclusively with individuals and couples. Her favorite part about being a therapist is witnessing the human spirit’s amazing capacity for resiliency and it’s ability to promote growth and change through introspection. She finds intimate partner relationships to be one of the most fascinating and impactful facets of the human experience. She loves to see connections and bonds between two partners strengthen as she works with them. “It touches my heart to watch couples find their way towards each other.”
Caitlin holds two degrees in Psychology – a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Concentration in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She’s a candidate for licensure in the state of Colorado.
Her style is warm and down-to-earth with a healthy balance of directness. Caitlin is also known for her great sense of humor and her genuine enthusiasm. Her session fee is $150.
Executive Therapist Jaime Hansen, MA, LPC
Licensed Psychotherapist Jaime Hansen, MA, LPC has always felt drawn to the helping professions. She has over 15 years of related experience working with both men and women one on one to help them access greater fulfillment in their lives. She also has a passion for showing couples how to achieve healthier communication, to develop a deeper understanding for how their behaviors are interconnected, and teaches them how to “turn towards” one another more often. Her experience allows her to quickly identify the core issues that have been getting in her clients way. Her presence is warm, enthusiastic and joy-filled. However, she can also get straight to the point and hold her clients accountable for the changes they want to pursue.
Senior Therapist & Coach Amy Couchman, MA, LPC
Amy’s clients describe her as “a gentle force.” She is rarely rattled and provides a calm, gentle sense of direction. And then, when it’s least expected, she busts out a sarcastic comment that leaves everyone in stitches.
Amy enjoys the opportunity to be a part of the change in her client’s lives. She never takes for granted what a privilege is it to be trusted with people’s most vulnerable and painful experiences.
She has 23 years of experience supporting adults, couples, children, teens, and families. She’s also trained in EMDR. Amy incorporates her Jack Russell Terrier, Fancy, into the work she does. As a highly trained, certified therapy dog, Fancy’s physical presence and affection during a session tends to put clients at ease.
Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education, with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy, from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell College. Amy’s training as a coach includes Whole Person Coaching. Amy also have years of experience and formal education around providing training and supervision to other therapists. She’s also the Practice Manager at Flourish.
Her standard session fee is $170.
Senior Therapist & Coach
Marcilla has addressed relationship issues for over 19 years. She comes across to her clients as warm, compassionate, and incredibly adept at picking up on key issues. She forms strong relationships with both her male and female clients and brings a stabilizing presence to the myriad of couples that she supports.
Marcilla loves working on family & relationship issues. She notes, “Professionally, I realize and appreciate how much our family and relationships shape who we are and how we handle struggles and challenges in life. We do not live in a bubble-we impact and are impacted by those closest to us. This amazing reality can be what sustains us and keeps us healthy, or, when relationships are strained and conflicted, it can be what keeps us stuck. The work we do at Flourish can help the family and individuals become “unstuck” by restoring healthy connections and bonds.”
Marcilla also has a wealth of experience working with children & their parents. As the mother of two active tweens and adolescents, she understands how complex & challenging family relationships can be. She empowers nuclear families, blended families, divorced & co-parenting families as well as single parent households.

Angela Sasseville, MA, LPC, Executive Coach & Therapist, President & Founder
Flourish founder Angela Sasseville works predominately with high achieving professionals, executives and their partners to assist them in achieving greater fulfillment. She specializes in helping loving but frustrated couples develop a deeper and more meaningful relationship with one another. Discerning clients who demand the highest level of skill available find themselves impressed with Angela’s therapeutic acumen. She chooses to continue to see clients amidst her other responsibilities at Flourish because she enjoys her clients so much. Yet she’s also known for holding her clients accountable for the role that they’ve been inadvertently playing in perpetuating their problems. She has over 18 years of experience empowering others. As a life long learner, she spends 30 days a year participating in classes, coaching and personal development courses, both locally and abroad.
As the Chief Creative Officer she’s the author of Flourish’ proprietary relationship curriculum, Relationships That Not Only Last But THRIVE. Her self-help guide for couples chronicles the insights and habits needed for marital survival during stressful times and became an award winning book, Families Under Financial Stress. She’s a contributing author to the Amazon best-seller I Choose Me: The Art of being a Phenomenally Successful Woman at Home & At Work by Cynthia James. Angela has been interviewed by Parents magazine, The Denver Post and the Associated Press. She has appeared on 9 NEWS, has been featured on PBS, and she has written blogs for MomsRising.org. Angela served on the Board of Directors for the non-profit MPowered for four years and has been on the faculty of coaches for the Academy of Women Emerging for female entrepreneurs since 2017.
Angela has received extensive training on EMDR. She’s provided Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for over 15 years and has completed the Gottman Method Level 1 training for relationships. She’s a certified Freedom Coach under renowned coach and author Cynthia James. She’s provided training to other therapists for over 12 years.
Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education specializing in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado at Denver, an accredited and nationally respected program. While there the faculty recognized her personal and academic achievements by honoring her with the “Outstanding Graduate” award. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Angela’s standard session fee is $185 for all clients.
