We’re propagating leadership that embraces the authenticity of female leaders and the totality of who they are. We’re evolving ourselves beyond the old model of toxic masculinity/invulnerability that we may have been taught.

Reclaiming the parts of ourselves that we sacrificed in order to get here so that we can rebalance and thrive in positions of leadership: Take Megan for example. After launching an incredibly successful business as a solo-preneur, she was earning more money than she ever did working for someone else. Yet she was so terrified of losing customers that she was riddled with chronic anxiety that robbed her of the joy of what she had built! Combining Flourish’s expertise in both leadership and depth psychology, this curated community will support you in prioritizing your personal challenges and your deepest longings so that you’re fueling your own well-being and consciously choosing how to navigate each of the spaces that you occupy, both personally and professionally.
Insight into the ways in which your professional development and your personal well-being are intertwined. When both aspects of yourself are embraced and integrated, you feel whole and you thrive. When one side of you is developed but the other side is neglected, you end up in burn out, feeling empty, or in a constant state of overwhelm.
A guide with incredible depth: Each group is facilitated by Angela Sasseville, an executive coach, licensed psychotherapist, business owner, student of meditation, wife, and mother. Angela launched Flourish at the age of 30 with a $3,000 loan from her father and her second baby on the way. The stakes her high but she knew that the earlier she created flexibility and meaningful work for herself, the more fulfilled she’d be. For 20 years, Angela has walked alongside high achievers and business owners through their existential crises (aka: Why is this happening?), marital paradoxes, and her clients’ ongoing search for identity, purpose, fulfillment, sustainability, and self-actualization. Angela’s multidisciplinary approach bridges the gap between personal authenticity and business strategy, empowering you to lead effectively while staying true to your values.

Practical business advisement through monthly peer collaboration: Like traditional mastermind groups, this small group of your peers will also provide practical advice on each member’s business challenges at every meeting so that you no longer have to lead your organization from a place of isolation.

COST EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The Universal Philosophy of Leadership© found that leaders can progress through 5 stages of professional development, although 75% of leaders spend their careers operating at the 2 lowest levels.
This program is designed to show you how to elevate your leadership skills to the next level so that you become more effective in your business relationships and in getting the job done.
A cost-effective access point to both peer expertise and ongoing individual coaching. This combination of peer advisement and expert coaching provides a powerful catalyst for accelerating your leadership growth and driving business success.

PRICING: Executive coaching is a deductible business expense that’s traditionally paid for by one’s company. Multiple research studies have proven that coaching provides the organization with a 500-700% return on its investment.

$1,250 per month with a minimum 6 month commitment OR $975 per month with a 12 month commitment.

INVESTMENT INCLUDES:

Monthly 4 hour mastermind meetings to access the expertise of the group.
Quarterly social and networking cocktail hours to develop your relationships and expand your network.
Ongoing recommendations for additional tools and resources for development.
Ongoing access to 20 minute Priority Calls with Angela Sasseville to soundboard pressing issues as they arise.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

There is NO initiation fee.

Foundational Coaching at Flourish is required to establish your Development Plan before joining The Flourish Factor and is priced separately: All participants are required to have 1) a minimum of two 90 minute individual coaching sessions as part of their screening process and 2) to complete a Leadership Circle Profile 360 degree assessment to establish their development goals. Group members have access to individual coaching sessions with Angela at a preferred rate. Pease inquire about pricing and package options.

Our first group begins in-person in Denver, Colorado in November 2025!

This group will meet in-person one afternoon each month in Cherry Creek North starting November, 2025. Thus, participants will begin their Onboarding Coaching in September and October to set their development goals.

We are currently accepting applications and screening interested leaders. Each group is limited to 8 members.

Our hybrid groups will meet every month. They’ll be online 2 months of the quarter, and in person in that city one month out of every quarter.
