One of the secrets to our high standard of service is that we provide our internal team of clinicians with ongoing training, clinical supervision and business coaching, even though they have 16-22 years of experience.

One on One Clinical Supervision for LPC and LMFT Candidates:
$125 – $150 per session, based on frequency and supervisor
Monthly Group Consultation on Clinical Issues: Increase the scope of your expertise. Facilitated by Marcilla Tims, LMFT, this Lunch & Learn Group meets for 90 minutes one Monday a month beginning in August. Other Flourish team members will present on topics throughout the year to provide exposure to multiple clinical specialties. This group qualifies for group supervision hours for LPC or LMFT candidates. Space is limited.
One on One Clinical Supervision Clients – Learn how you can attend this group for FREE!
$360 for a 6 month commitment
The Private Practice Mentorship Group: This monthly group meets for one Friday morning a month for 7 months and is designed to teach you the business, leadership and marketing acumen that graduate school didn’t cover. The group is ideal for anyone launching or growing a private practice. Harness the power of camaraderie by forging ahead with others doing the same. Facilitated by our Executive Director Angela Sasseville, LPC. Participants must commit to the entire course. This group qualifies for group supervision hours for LPC candidates. Next offerring: 2019.
The $175 Cup of Tea: Our Executive Director Angela Sasseville, LPC is truly honored by the number of clinicians who trust her reputation and reach out to her for business building advice, asking if they can “pick her brain” over a cup of coffee. She always enjoys empowering others with the tricks of the trade that have made a difference at Flourish. But she learned long ago that having healthy boundaries entails charging what your time and expertise are worth. The $175 Cup of Tea allows you to come in to Flourish and sit down with Angela for a one on one business coaching session to identify the policies, mindset or systems that can help you take your practice to the next level. (The cup of tea is on the house and Angela will also share any basic forms or systems that she has on your issue.)

Our Clinical Supervisors
Amy Couchman, MA, LPC has over 21 years of experience.
Amy’s experience supporting adults, couples, children, teens, and families. She’s also trained in EMDR. Amy incorporates her Therapy Dog, Fancy, into the work she does. Read more about her style and her favorite clients here.
Amy is a License Professional Counselor. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education, with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy, from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell College.
Attorney Denis Lane, Legal Counsel to Flourish Since 2005:
Marcilla Tims, MS, LMFT has worked on relationships for over 17 years.
Marcilla excels at working with couples and families. She also has a wealth of experience working with children & their parents. She also works with quite a few adults individually.
Marcilla’s a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her counseling credentials include a Master of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from New Mexico State University.
Executive Director Angela Sasseville, MA, LPC
Angela is the founder and sole owner of Flourish. She’s been empowering others for over 15 years. She’s a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education specializing in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado at Denver, an accredited and nationally respected program. While there the faculty recognized her personal and academic achievements by honoring her with the Outstanding Graduate award. Determined to work with her ideal clients and to have autonomy over her caseload, she opened Flourish one week after graduation.
Angela has received extensive training and has used EMDR frequently with clients for over 8 years. She’s provided Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for over 12 years and has completed the Level One training on the Gottman Method for relationships. She has over 36 hours of formal training in Clinical Supervision and is in the process of working towards certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Angela has provided extensive clinical supervision to interns, externs, unlicensed therapists, and highly experienced licensed therapists at Flourish for more than 7 years.
