Angela has been empowering high achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives since she founded Flourish 20 years ago.   She currently works with leaders individually or with their senior leadership teams to assist them in achieving greater effectiveness in their roles.

She provides structured and customized services to her clients to facilitate rapid momentum toward their goals.  Her hybrid experience as a licensed psychotherapist, a leader, and an executive coach allows her to lend expertise to her client’s personal and professional challenges.

Angela’s clients appreciate the 15 years of leadership experience she had as a business owner when Flourish was a group practice:  aggressively scaling her business, developing and supervising employees, optimizing sales and marketing, and establishing a positive culture.  She’s knows the demands placed on leaders every day.

The Flourish team proudly supported 500 households through the mental health crises of the pandemic. In 2021, Angela strategically contracted the practice to allow her to focus on elevating her services with executives and teams.  With a wealth of experience working to her clients advantage, Angela’s work with leaders and teams is more gratifying and effective than ever.
